How do I know what my nail size is?

For the most accurate results, please order a sizing kit for $5. You can also measure them yourself with tape and a ruler as below.  Please be mindful that returns/exchanges and refunds are not accepted due to sizing issues. Sizing has to be sent to me in Millimeters ( MM)

Do you offer replacement nails?

Yes, please message me on IG @MoonVeilSets.

Can you rush my order?

Yes, please message me on IG @MoonvVeilsets. An additional fee will be charged depending on how many sets have to be rushed.

How long do orders take before an order is shipped out?

Currently about 5 -12 days. If within the US it usually takes at most 9 days for shipping.

Do you do custom nail orders?

Yes, please PM me on IG @MoonVeilSets!

Do you accept returns/exchanges or refunds?

No, every custom set is made for ONLY you. Please message me on IG @MoonVeilSets if you have any concerns, I may be able to assist.

My package is lost/delayed?

Once a package is shipped it is out of my control. I am not responsible for any incorrect information written in the shipping label or any additional information that should have been provided in order to assist with delivery. Please keep in mind that during holidays or busy seasons, your package shipping time may be delayed. Please message me if your package is lost @MoonVeilSets on IG and I may be able to assist.
